To make sure that the child overcomes Cancer if it’s medically possible and that access to treatment, lack of awareness, or expensive treatment cost will not be a hindrance in getting the child the best possible treatment. To make sure that a Cancer Survivor can lead a life of quality with dignity without any stigma.

Types of Cancer
Leukemia
This is the most common Cancer in children which affects the bone marrow and the blood. ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia) and AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia) are two different types of Leukemia or blood Cancer. It accounts for 30% of all Cancers.
Brain and Spinal Cord Tumours
This amounts to 26% of all childhood Cancers. It includes brain and central nervous system tumours. Some of the tumours are Glioma, Medulloblastoma, Astrocytoma, Ependymoma.
Neuroblastoma
About 6% of Cancers are Neuroblastomas. It is usually found in children below the age of 10 and rarely above that age. The tumour can be anywhere but mostly found in the abdomen and can be noticed as swelling.
Wilm’s Tumour
Mostly seen in children of 3-4 years of age and rarely above the age of 6. It starts in the kidney and is also known as Nephroblastoma. It accounts for 5% of Childhood Cancer
Lymphomas
Lymphomas often start in Lymph nodes and tissues and can affect the bone marrow and other organs also. Two major kinds of Lymphomas are Hodgkins and Non-Hodgkins. Hodgkins Lymphoma affects in early adulthood and or late adulthood and accounts for 3% of Cancers. Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma makes up about 5% of Cancers and is found in both children (usually above 3 years) and adults.
Retinoblastoma
Retinoblastoma is the Cancer of the eye and accounts to 2% of all Cancers. It may be noticed as a white glare of the eye after a flash picture is taken. It is usually identified under the age of 3. Some Retinoblastomas are hereditary, if so are bilateral. Not all bilateral Retinoblastomas are hereditary.
Bone Cancer & Rhabdomyosarcoma
As the name suggests, it is the Cancer of the bone and amounts to 3% of all childhood Cancers. Two common ones are Osteosarcoma and Ewing Sarcoma. Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common type of sarcoma in children, about 3%. It affects the skeletal muscles.

Medical Support
Our medical services include patient guidance, aid with diagnostic tests, and coverage for surgical procedures, chemotherapy, and radiation. We also help people get their medications and assist them with tests and scans.
Food & Nutrition
We give patients and carers access to healthy meals through partnerships with hospital cafeterias and outside restaurants. In addition, to promote a healthy lifestyle, we give children nutritious drinks and dried and fresh fruits.
Psycho-Social Support
Our group is a powerful resource for fostering growth and providing stability for its members. In order to assist you in navigating the difficulties of parenting, we offer professional counselling services to both parents and kids whenever necessary.
Education
We believe that children should have comprehensive development. Our monthly sessions seek to extend children's perspectives and raise awareness about a variety of topics. Moreover, we provide school fees and stationery to all school-going kids every year.
Transportation
Aroh provides personalised and secure transportation for families with paediatric sickness. We work with healthcare professionals to meet the unique needs of each kid. Our services have a significant impact on families, and we're committed to giving them the best transportation options.
Capacity Building
Aroh provides aid, training, tools to healthcare professionals and place them in hospitals nationwide. Our effort improves care, raises awareness, reduces neglect and abandonment, and increases Cancer survival rates for children.
